For Family Island residents whose business is based on, and serves, their island community.
Who can apply
- Aged 18 or older and a resident of a Family Island
- Proof of residency (utility bill, voter's card address, or letter from a local administrator)
- Business based on, and primarily serving, a Family Island community
- One reference from a local pastor, administrator, business owner, or community leader

Universal standards (every grant)
- Are you a Bahamian citizen or permanent resident with valid government-issued identification?
- Can you confirm you have no immediate-family relationship to any member of the Board of Directors or the Grants Evaluation Committee?
- Do you consent to due diligence (verification of identity, enrolment, business status, and references) before any funds are disbursed?
- Do you accept the accountability terms: one award per cycle, funds used only for the stated purpose, receipts retained, and a progress report six months after the award?
- Do you declare that the information you provide is true and accurate? False or misleading statements result in disqualification.
